How to reach us

Email partners@jealouscomputers.com for everything listed on this page. This is the only contact route we use. We do not have a phone number, a mailing address, or a support portal. Messages sent to any other address will not reach the team.

What you can write about

  • Corrections. If an article has a factual error, a broken link, an outdated version number, or a screenshot that no longer matches the current app, tell us. Include the article URL and the exact sentence or section that is wrong.
  • Questions about an article. If a how-to guide did not work on your setup, or a step is unclear, ask. Include the article URL and the details listed below.
  • Partnership and advertising enquiries. If you want to work with Jealous Computers on sponsored content, affiliate placements, or a review unit, write to the same address with a short summary of what you are proposing.
  • Takedown requests. If you believe an article or image on jealouscomputers.com infringes your rights, send the URL, a description of the material, and the basis for your request. We review these carefully.

What we do not do

We are a team of contributor authors who write about software, social media, gaming, cyber-security, and general technology. We are not a repair shop, a law firm, a financial advisor, or a medical practice. We do not give personalised legal, financial, or medical advice, and we do not diagnose or repair devices. If your question is about a specific legal dispute, a medical condition, an investment decision, or a hardware fault that needs hands-on service, contact a qualified professional or the device manufacturer instead.

We also do not remove articles simply because a product or company dislikes the coverage. Takedown requests are assessed on legal or factual grounds, not on preference.

How to make your message useful

The more specific you are, the faster we can act. Please include:

  • The full article URL on jealouscomputers.com.
  • For corrections: the exact text, heading, or image that is wrong, plus a source if you have one.
  • For how-to questions: your device or model, operating system and version, browser or app version, and the step where things went wrong.
  • For security topics such as antivirus, VPN, or password managers: the product name, version, and platform (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, Linux).
  • For gaming or social media issues: the platform, account type, and any error message you saw.
  • For advertising or partnership: your name, organisation, and the scope you have in mind.

Screenshots help, but only send them if they do not contain personal data, passwords, or private account details.

What to expect

We aim to reply within a few business days. Volume is high, so a short, well-documented message is more likely to get a fast answer than a long one. If your message is a correction, we may publish a fix and credit you if you want. If your message is a question about an article, we may update the article so other readers benefit.

Privacy note

jealouscomputers.com uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. Articles may include YouTube video embeds, which are loaded from YouTube and subject to Google’s policies. The site footer links to our Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube profiles, and to our Android app listing on Google Play. Those services have their own privacy terms. We do not sell email addresses sent to partners@jealouscomputers.com.
